The civil registry and the Xulgado de paz of Arnoia have their offices in the Casa do Concello, in Outeiro Cruz.

Urban Planning

The General Municipal Development Plan of the Concello de Arnoia was definitively approved by the Regional Minister for the Environment, Territory and Infrastructure on 6 October 2010.

The municipal urban planning officer will oversee compliance with the relevant regulations. Anyone wishing to carry out any type of action subject to a licence may first request a report on the urban planning classification of the plot or building, by submitting the appropriate application.

Requests for urban planning information can be processed at the council offices or through the sede electrónica.

Rural and urban cadastral management

On the 24th of every month (except Saturdays and public holidays, when it moves to the previous or following day, whichever applies), a member of staff from the company Servicat S.L.L. visits Arnoia to deal with cadastral matters. Through this service, residents can handle registrations, cancellations and changes to urban and rural property, as well as any modification to cadastral data, directly from the council without having to travel to the Cadastre offices in Ourense.
