Library
The public Library is located on the ground floor of the Town Hall and forms part of the library network of the Xunta de Galicia.
It holds around 5000 volumes on a range of subjects (encyclopaedias, novels, children’s literature,…). It has a corner for the youngest readers with educational materials suited to their age.
The library membership card can be requested at the Concello offices or through the sede electrónica
Youth Information Office
Located on the ground floor of the Town Hall and entered in the register of the Xunta de Galicia under number 32-003-SIX-055. Its staff provide general information and process applications to the various public bodies and private entities, including the issuing of the Carné Xove youth card.
Applications for the youth card can be made at the Concello offices or through the sede electrónica.

Culture, IT and Telecommunications Service
Providing residents with access to culture, the media and new technologies is a priority among the services offered by the Concello.
Throughout the year, the culture and leisure service organises activities aimed at the various sectors of the population: the visit of Father Christmas and the Three Kings, Pazolandia, open-air cinema, theatre performances, puppet shows, storytelling, magicians, the traditional Magosto programme… are some of the activities carried out. In addition to the well-known Festa do Pemento, declared to be of Galician Tourist Interest.
Bringing IT and telecommunications networks closer to residents is another of this municipal service’s aims. To this end, the Internet Rural programme was launched, with several terminals offering internet access at the Concello Library for residents to use free of charge, as well as a WIFI system providing broadband access in homes across the municipality.

Sports Service
This section manages the running of the municipally owned sports facilities (sports centre, tennis courts, multi-purpose court), as well as the scheduling of sporting activities in the municipality.
To use the above facilities, an appropriate application must be submitted, in accordance with the rules and requirements set out in the regulations governing the operation of the sports facilities approved by the Full Council.

The Concello owns the municipal ground at Queixeira, where Atlético Arnoia usually play.
